Join us for a presentation by Gabrielle Davis, Racial Equity and Food Justice Manager for NCG. “Dissecting the Definition of Healthy” is a thought-provoking presentation that could change the way you think about what healthy eating really means.
Gabby completed graduate degrees in public health and in mental health counseling. Besides adjusting to her new role at NCG, she is also the owner of a part-time mental health practice, Equitable Counseling and Consulting, providing therapy services to Idahoans. In her free time, she enjoys dispelling myths about allyship and reminding people that addiction is a disease and not a choice. Gabby lives in Michigan with her wife and enjoys ruffling feathers whenever the opportunity presents itself. Community is Gabby’s love language.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, this beginner-friendly hike serves as a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage your senses fully, tuning into the sights, sounds, and sensations of the forest, and experiencing the effects of nature on mind, body, and spirit.
